We used KAO Construction to install a new wood ceiling on our lanai, we used them again to remodel both of our bathrooms and put in new kitchen counters and backsplash. Nicholas also installed 3 new hurricane windows in the master bath. Nick was always on time and went out of his way with the details to make it the way we wanted. We love (REALLY LOVE) the outcome of the work. The quality of work definitely increased the value of our home. We used three other contractors for other jobs before and it was a disaster. The simple truth is that Nick just gets how it is supposed to work. We will not use anybody else. If you are looking for a contractor who cares about you and the quality of their work, you found him.
